To find the correct size, measure around your waist where the lifting belt will be worn, generally around the belly button is a good place to start (PLEASE NOTE: measurements are NOT based on pant size so be sure to measure!).
Small: 62-79 cm (24.5″ – 31″)
Medium: 72-89 cm (28″ – 35″)
Large: 82-95 cm (32″ – 37″)
XLarge: 91-106 cm (36″ – 42″)
XXLarge: 100-120 cm (39″ – 47″)
XXXLarge: 115-135 cm (45″ – 53″)
